Membership

Membership Pricing varies based on length of commitment and number of weekly workouts you will attend, as follows:
Unlimited group WODs per week:
Month-to-Month commitment: $250/month
6 Month commitment: $220/month
12 Month commitment: $195/month

3 WODs per week:
6 Month commitment: $190/month
12 Month commitment: $175/month

10% discount on above prices for Active Duty Military, LEO/First Responder, Full-Time Students/Teachers and “Masters” (60 or older)


Foundations

$200 - When you sign up after completing the Foundations Program, you get 50% off your first month’s membership fee.


Drops Ins

The non-member drop-in fee is $20 for WODs and Barbell Club.  Prior to dropping in, please contact the head coach via email:  info@mtvernoncrossfit.com


Personal Training + Private Group     

Personal training and/or private group sessions are available with terms to be determined between the trainer and client(s).
