CrossFit : Workout of the Day

9am & 10am

In the Workout of the Day start with a vigorous warm up, then work on an element of skill, or strength, then finish with an intense metabolic conditioning workout.

Open Gym



During our Open Gym, members are welcome to make up a workout they've missed, or work on skills that they need to address with the assistance of our coaches who are present.

Masters with Magnus


This CrossFit class will focus on athletes "40+"  but everyone is welcome to attend!

Emphasis will be on:
- Form - Slower reps but perfect form
- Lighter weights
- Balance
- Mobility and flexibility
- Each class will focus on a specific areas


Monday - Wednesday - Friday (every other week)
6pm - 7pm

Our starting place for beginners. The Foundations Program lasts only 1 week, M-W-F, from 6-7pm. After the that first week, our new members are free to attend any class on our schedule. During our Foundations crash course, we ensure that our new members are learning the fundamental movements of CrossFit and how our workouts are structured.
